REF 3 - Senior Technicians - to £34,000
5-10 years relevant experience, even BIAT-trained, can you juggle job-running / management skills with practical ability? Commercially-led, Conservation-aware, you`ll demonstrate construction detailing efficiency - for new build, community, mixed-use developments through to sensitive renovations. And as part of both urban and rural design teams, your feasibility, surveying and client/consultant liaison experience will be indispensible.

REF 4 - Technicians - to £28,000
You may be a middleweight, already with an impressive track record - or looking for your first major project role; either way, a high level of AutoCAD aptitude, commercial awareness and the technical ability to help assist the company`s busy section carrying out residential housing, education and healthcare related design and surveying work will be essential. But hitting the ground running - and hitting deadlines is imperative.
