The Stores / Facilities Operator is employed within the organisation to cover multiple store areas, and will be required to make frequent excursions to other areas for the purpose of deliveries, collections and issuing.

The Stores / Facilities Operator is trained to perform the tasks relative to the Stores / Facilities functions and will normally be allocated the Stores and Facilities activities at specified time periods. However, this can be moved at the discretion of supervision to undertake stores / cleaning duties on any site or shift in any given period. It is expected that the role is split 50/50 between the two functions, although this may change due to operational requirements.

Stores

· Timely and accurate issuing of components to manufacturing detailed on either pick lists or requisitions with subsequent computer transactions.
· Collection of materials from Manufacturing, accurate stores location and transactions of same.
· Weekly stock take of packaging materials, stock control on carton usage, maintenance of stocks.
· Hazardous chemical locating and dispensing.
· Cycle counting with associated clerical duties, bin and rack cleaning and yard housekeeping.
· Post room duties as required, checking goods and signing of shipment documents.
· Completion of goods received notes and attachment of labelling.
· Distribution of delivery/advice notes to Manufacturing, Purchasing and QA, appropriate storage of Invoices
· Transfer of goods when approved from QA On Hold area to stock points, transfer of goods to and from Quarantine areas upon request. Transfer of goods all controlled by appropriate computer transactions.
· Ability to drive motorised lifting equipment.

Facility support

· To service and support areas as designated by the Pilot Production management team.
· To perform all Cleanroom cleaning routines, facility cleaning and sanitary cleaning as required.
· To provide hazardous chemical provision as required and disposal of waste materials appropriately.
· Experience in operating electrical cleaning equipment, reporting any equipment deficiencies.
· To support the manufacturing processes running under the control of the R&D department.
· To manage stocks of cleaning
