This chain of independent Estate Agents is looking for a Branch Manager in West Kent.

You will be responsible for the day to day running of the Estate Agency business. Duties will include working in conjunction with the Area Director to set and review office and personal targets, implementing agreed business plans, conduct 1-1s and identify development needs, listing and selling a targeted number of properties and ensuring business is compliant. 

A full driving licence is required to enable you to visit clients homes and a company car will be provided. 

A proven track record in Estate Agency is essential for this role.
