Your main duties will to be ensure the smooth running of the Lettings Department, this will include, rental appraisals, attending property viewings, liaising with landlords and tenants, deal with all clients face to face and over the telephone.

You will be working to targets and must have the ability to work well as part of a team along with strong adminstration and organisational skills, and the ability to communicate at all levels.

You must have a full driving license for this position.

This position is for maternity cover.
