Our client is
seeking a Customer Service Manager who is fluent French for
the Ashford site of an International Market leader.
As Head of Customer Care, you will be responsible for
a team of 20 and be a key member of the management team. You
will work closely with the operations management team
to support the delivery of business objectives.
Ideally, you will have gained experience in a manufacturing
industry and have good knowledge of the supply chain
process.
You will possess strong leadership and management skills,
with a proven track record in negotiation with the ability
to influence at all levels.
You will need effective problem-solving skills and the
ability to work under pressure, attention to detail
and a good command of English and fluency of French.
