are currently looking for a fluent French
& English Internet Support Advisor to
join their friendly team.
Main duties of this role includes -
*Responding to customer telephone calls
& email contact in English & French.
* Responding to pre-travel amendments.
* To maintain a high level of product knowledge
in a changing & diverse environment.
* To capture customer feedback & communicate
information through managers.
The ideal applicant for this role will -
* Possess excellent written and verbal communication
in both French & English
* Have a strong sense of customer service
* Have a good knowledge in delivering technical
support.
The company requires you the successful
applicant to work on a shift pattern for
5 months on a fixed contract.
