Our client, a well established company based in Brighton are seeking someone who is fluent in both the Dutch & English language to join their Consumer Services team.

This role involves taking inbound calls from individual consumers within the UK & Europe, updating the call management system, Documenting all consumer reaction in accordance with departmental procedures, to resolve & close out contacts quickly & effectively.

The ideal applicant for this role will be fluent in both the English & Dutch language, have basic computer skills, have an excellent telephone manner & a Customer / Consumer background would be an advantage.
