Working for a reputable building company based in Ashford, you will be estimating for a wide range of general building projects ranging from minor repairs to New build, refurbishement and Conversions. The projects range in value up to c£500k. You will also be responsible for the cost management in relation to the works, interim applications, L&E claims, subcontractor accounts, cost/value reconcilliation reports and final accounts.
