Working for an International Construction and civil engineering company, our client is looking for a person to be based on a large, ongoing project based in Kent.  You will represent the company in all relevant matters relating to external parties such that the reputation of the company is maintained and enhanced.

You will be involved with the Highways Agency, Lands and Project team, District Valuer, Landowners and Agents, Affected third parties, Local Authorities, Schools and other organisations.

You will deal effectively with all complaints, prepare literature to advise all parties of forthcoming impacts of the scheme.

Our client is looking for someone with the ability to build positive relationships both internally and with clients and third parties, have the ability to focus on business aims, but develop compromise within set boundaries, who is a team player and outgoing, and is an excellent negotiator.

You will have a basic understanding of statutory process for Compulsory Purchase Orders, compensation Issues, and of the operation of the construction industry.
