This vastly expanding independent Estate Agency is looking for a Senior Branch Manager to open their new branch in Ashford.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with proven management and sales skills to open, build up and develop the business in a new town. Duties will include working in conjunction with the Managing Director to set and review office and personal targets, implementing agreed business plans, conduct 1-1s and identify development needs, to list and sell properties and to ensure business is compliant. 

A full driving licence is required to be able to visit properties and a company car will be provided.
