An Estate Agency in Maidstone is looking for a Branch Manager to join their team.

You will be responsible for the day to day running of the Estate Agency business. Duties will include working in conjunction with the Director to set and review office and personal targets, implementing agreed business plans, conduct 1-1s and identify development needs, listing and selling a targeted number of properties and ensuring business is compliant.

A proven track record in Estate Agency is essential in this role.
